If you are an Alachua, Putnam, or Levy county resident and don't already have a standard library card, we encourage you to visit any of our 12 locations with your photo ID and proof of local residence (an updated driver's license will work) to get a full-service card for all digital content (some content is limited to Alachua County residents only). The OverDrive app will no longer work on devices starting May 1, 2023.

The OverDrive app was removed from the Apple App Store, Google Play store, and Microsoft store on Feb. Amazon/Kindle Fire tablet users can now download the Libby App for Amazon/Kindle Fire tablests with special instructions, since the app isn't officially available on the Amazon store yet.

You can download the Libby app to your Apple (iOS) or Android device, or select the web browser option for your computer or any internet device with a web browser. If you're still using the OverDrive app for downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks, you'll want to get started with the Libby app right away.
